This contract with the NYS Office of Parks and Historic Preservation was to construct a new insulated water tank for fire protection at the Olana State Historic Site. The project consisted of installing a temporary water tank, demolishing the old water tank and constructing a new tank in its location. All excavation, pipe work, and restoration was completed by Arold Construction. The new tank and insulation was furnished and installed by Statewide Aquastore. The old tank was demolished by All Industrial Services. This Project was managed by Tom Petersen & Rian Baker. The Field Superintendent was Barry Kaiser. The project was valued at $380,321 and completed in December of 2021.
